The owner was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make our first holiday with the baby stress-free. The apartment was spacious, clean, and modern, with smart TVs in every room. We particularly loved the gorgeous view of the tower and the convenient location near popular attractions like the Winter Garden and Coral Island. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

We got great value for our money at Rose James Apartments - the room was spacious, clean, and modern. The location was perfect, with the Blackpool Tower just a two-minute walk away. The staff, especially the owner Rob, were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The only thing that could make the breakfast option better would be to include it in the price of the apartment. However, I understand the reasoning behind having an electricity meter and it won't stop us from coming back again.

I chose this hotel for attending a forum at Winter Gardens Conference Centre, and the location of Rose James Apartments was perfect. It was a short walk to the conference center, as well as Blackpool Winter Gardens Theatre and Coral Island. The property was modern and clean, and the beds were super comfortable.

The one service that I missed for my work was the lack of air conditioning in the apartment. It was very hot during my stay, and I had to leave the windows open all the time, which resulted in some street noise.

We had a great two-night stay and enjoyed the convenient central location close to a popular Victorian entertainment complex.
